This Project is Implemented Though Annual Development Program ADP 2016-17 of Govt Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Scope of Project Includes Feasibility Study, Detail Survey and Detail Designing. The Road located at UC Gujarat, UC Garyala and UC Bakhshali in District Mardan, KPK.
| The Scope of services for Design Phase includes Reconnaissance Survey, Topographic Survey, Riverine Survey, Traffic Survey, Soil Investigation, Material Survey, Alignment Study, Hydraulic Study, Traffic Study , Feasibility Study, Establishment of Design Criteria/ Standards and other Structure (structural and Geometrics), Approach road, Pavement Design, River Training and protection works, Storm water Drainage, Tender documents & BOQ, Engineers Estimates, PC-1 & Feasibility Study (Including economic analysis), Land acquisition utilities/ Infrastructure folder, Construction Drawing and development of TOR for Hydraulic Model study, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)/IEE. |
And for construction Resident Supervision Phase services includes resident construction supervision to ensure high quality construction in conformity with the approved engineering design, Technical specifications, Agreed work schedules as per the terms and conditions of the contract document, Sound engineering practice and within the stipulated time and allocated budget. The task includes checking /approval of implementation schedule of contractor, Inspection of materials, quality control through laboratory testing, Verification of contractor bills and IPC’S approvals, Revision of construction drawings, Testing/commissioning of civil works, Layout of structure, Checking of PC-1 and design documents, Preparation of variation order, Submission of As Built drawings and handing over the project to the department after completion.
