The Bridge A. Qanjobori, B. Kakar Shang, C. Banda Akhoon Zadgan Shari Khwar Alai and Repair of Battagram Paimal Road (12-KM), located at District Battagram, KPK.
The construction Resident Supervision Phase services includes resident construction supervision to ensure high quality construction in conformity with the approved engineering design, Technical specifications, Agreed work schedules as per the terms and conditions of the contract document, Sound engineering practice and within the stipulated time and allocated budget. The task includes checking /approval of implementation schedule of contractor, Inspection of materials, Quality control through laboratory testing, Verification of contractor bills and IPC’S approvals, Revision of construction drawings, Testing/commissioning of civil works, Layout of structure, Checking of PC-1 and design documents, Preparation of variation order, Submission of As Built drawings and handing over the project to the department after completion.
