Who We Are
Planners Consultants Engineers (P.C.E.) Peshawar was created in 2011 by Muhammad Baseer Khan with a rich experience more than 50 years in Building, bridges & roads at government, semi-government and private sector. He along with a group of highly qualified and experienced consultants from the private sector. Managed by professionals with varied national and international experience, PCE offers a complete range of consultancy services for projects in the public, non-government, as well as the private sector. Based in Peshawar, PCE is uniquely placed to provide consultancy services and trainings to NGO’s and Public sector organizations for various projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Tribal Areas, as well as rehabilitation and development projects in Afghanistan.

Chairman Message
It is an honor to lead the Pakistan Council of Engineers (PCE) in our mission to elevate engineering standards and national development. With over 40 years of service, including key roles such as Secretary C&W and Housing KPK, and honors like the Presidential Excellence Gold Medal, my journey reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence. My international training in Japan and Sweden, along with contributions like authoring “The Road Guide”, have shaped my vision for a modern, connected engineering community. At PCE, we strive to bridge academia, industry, and government to empower engineers and drive sustainable progress for Pakistan.
