Under this frame agreement, PCE is engaged to provide comprehensive construction design and supervision services for UNHCR projects located in Islamabad and various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan. The agreement covers a range of architectural and engineering services aimed at supporting refugee infrastructure development and humanitarian facilities.
The initial duration of the contract spans from 1st February 2023 to 31st January 2025, with a provision for a one-year extension up to 31st January 2026
